Our flexible workspace portfolio of commercial property operates under our Digital Office Centre name. We created the first Digital Office Centre in Ireland on Camden Row Dublin in 2013 and now operate 4 large flexible workspaces.

Companies today require greater flexibility for where they operate and the market for flexible workspaces continues to grow rapidly. Our focus is providing flexible workspaces as turnkey solutions to business and organisations of all sizes. Digital Office Centres are suitable for people working on their own all the way up to multinationals with 100s of staff. We also offer co-working spaces in great working environments.

Getting noticed Offline & Online

The problem was how to capture the attention of passing traffic that will show an interest in wanting to take an office closer to home. The new Digital Office Centre is based on the edge of Maynooth Business Campus. The closest roundabout gets a large amount of local traffic from Exit 7 off the M4. DOCentre felt there was an opportunity to place an advertisement that will get them new tenants. Further to the success of this process we were consulted to working on DOCentre national online digital marketing & SEO.

Who, What, Where, When

Understanding who is the potential future customers became our primary goal. We researched the local community, businesses, and competitors. This led to designing Customer Profiling which in turn oversaw the Advertisement design and future marketing strategies and activities. We used our custom 4 W approach to fully scale a tailored approach to each of the prospects and meet them where they are at. This saw an immediate uptake of new clientele for DOCentre in the first year.

Connecting with content

Once we gained a better understanding of the needs of the clientele we developed a digital and traditional inbound marketing strategy. Using mixed media content to engage current customers and future prospects saw the greatest return on investment. Working closely with the DOCentre leadership and team ensured the most cohesive and effective plan. Whilst working alongside these developments we assisted DOCentre as they scaled their presence to a third larger location in Carrick-on-Shannon. Understanding this growth led to the creation of extensive Pay-Per-Click and Paid Search Marketing campaigns.
