We're a college. Our budget is limited. Are your rates flexible for academic institutions? +
Yes. Academic rates are different from corporate rates — that's just the reality of the sector. I've worked with Irish universities and training networks for years and understand how budgets work. Let's have the conversation. A guest lecture, a half-day masterclass, a semester module — we'll find the right format.
Our team is genuinely anxious about AI. Is that a problem? +
It's actually where I do some of my best work. Anxiety about AI is almost always rooted in something real and specific — and addressing that honestly is far more useful than a reassurance session. Grounded in my 1st Class PgD in Workplace Wellbeing from Trinity College Dublin, I work with the anxiety, not around it.
Do you only work in Dublin? +
No. I'm based in Lisbon and work remotely with teams across Europe and beyond. I'm in Dublin one week per month for in-person delivery. Hybrid is always an option — and sometimes the right mix of in-person and remote actually works better than a pure on-site engagement.
Do you work with smaller organisations and charities, not just big corporates? +
Absolutely. Some of the most interesting work I've done has been with community organisations, NGOs and small teams. I founded Ireland's first LGBT radio station with 100 volunteers. I've built community digital platforms from scratch. Budget is always a conversation worth having.
Can you work with us on an ongoing basis, not just a one-off? +
Yes — and honestly, that's where the most interesting work happens. Monthly advisory retainers are available from €1,500 per month. Fixed deliverables, clear outcomes, no open-ended billing. We scope it properly at the start so you know exactly what you're getting.
